Training calendar with a year of programmed and completed workouts

My gym delivered years of excellent programming through email, which meant workouts buried in threads, benchmarks lost to scroll, and me checking my inbox between sets. The coaching was great. The delivery was fighting me.

So I built the tool I wanted: 291 workouts extracted from years of coaching emails and structured into a searchable library spanning 59 weeks of training, with a daily training view, weekly programming, benchmark and PR tracking, and a stats dashboard. The UI is terminal-inspired on purpose. High contrast, dense but scannable, fast to read with chalked hands and thirty seconds between sets. Good software should feel like good gear: you stop thinking about it and start trusting it.

I train with it every week, which makes me both the designer and the most demanding user. Friction gets found and fixed the same week it appears. It is the same thesis as everything else I make. Most software fights for attention. Mine works without it.
